To help us deal with your feedback quickly and effectively, please include:

  • The date and time the incident occurred
  • Names of any staff involved (if known)
  • Any suggestions for how we could improve


What Happens Next

Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 working days of receiving it.

Investigation
We will review your feedback carefully. Where suggestions for improvement are made, we will discuss them with our team.

Response
If your feedback requires a response, we will provide one within 15 working days.
